The calendar sits beneath your client table on the dashboard and gives you a month view of everything that’s due.

What appears on the calendar

Any task with a due date shows up on the day it’s due, including:
  • Personal tasks you’ve added to your own list
  • Client tasks you’ve pulled into your personal list
Days with tasks are marked, so you can scan the month and see where your workload is concentrated. If you’ve connected Google Calendar, your existing Google events show up here too — and any due-dated task syncs out to your Google Calendar automatically.

Adding a task from the calendar

Click a day to see what’s scheduled and add a new task for that date right from the calendar — the due date is filled in for you.
Pair the calendar with to-do lists: add due dates to your recurring client work (monthly reports, check-ins, renewals) and they’ll line up on the calendar automatically. Connect Google Calendar to see them there too.

Due-date colors

The same color coding from your to-do lists applies on the calendar — red for overdue, amber for due today or tomorrow, gray for later — so urgent items stand out at a glance.
