# Inviting Members

> Invite admins and employees, assign clients, and manage your team.

Manage your team from the **Employees** page (Enterprise plan). You can invite
admins and employees, assign clients, and resend or remove invites.

## Send an invite

  <Step title="Open the Employees page">
    Go to **Employees** in the sidebar, or the **Add Employees** step in the
    setup wizard.

  <Step title="Enter their email and role">
    Type the teammate's email and choose a role:

    * **Employee (read-only)** — sees only assigned clients
    * **Admin (full access)** — full read/write across all clients
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign clients (employees only)">
    For an employee, select which clients they should have access to. You can
    pre-assign clients now; access is granted automatically when they accept.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send">
    Click **Add**. ClientPlug emails the invite automatically.

## Accepting an invite

The invited person receives an email with a link. When they open it they'll:

1. Create their ClientPlug account (or sign in if they already have one).
2. Join your team in the role you assigned.
3. Immediately see the clients you pre-assigned (employees) or all clients
   (admins).

## Managing invites and members

From the Employees page you can:

* **Resend** an invite if it wasn't received
* **Change a member's role** between admin and employee
* **Adjust client assignments** for an employee
* **Remove** a member, revoking their access

<Warning>
  Removing a member immediately revokes their access to your clients and data.
  They keep their own ClientPlug login, but they'll no longer see anything from
  your agency.

## Changing client assignments

Open an employee and update which clients they can access at any time. Changes
take effect right away — added clients appear on their dashboard, removed ones
