# Connect Google Calendar

> Sync your to-do due dates to Google Calendar and see your existing events in ClientPlug.

Connecting **Google Calendar** keeps your ClientPlug to-dos and your calendar in
sync — two ways:

* **To-dos with a due date appear on your Google Calendar** automatically, so
  client work shows up alongside the rest of your schedule.
* **Your existing Google Calendar events appear in ClientPlug**, so you can plan
  around what's already booked and nothing overlaps.

## Connect

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Integrations">
    Go to the **Integrations** page and find the **Google Calendar** card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in with Google">
    Click **Connect** and authorize ClientPlug to access your calendar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Done">
    The card shows **Connected** and the Google account it's syncing to. Existing
    events start appearing right away, and new due-dated to-dos sync over.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Google Calendar sync is available on **all plans**. It's a personal connection —
  each user connects their own calendar.
</Note>

## What syncs

* **To-dos → Calendar:** any [personal task](/essentials/tasks) with a due date.
* **Calendar → ClientPlug:** your existing events, shown on the in-app
  [calendar](/essentials/calendar) so your schedule stays in one view.

<Tip>
  Add due dates to recurring client work — monthly reports, check-ins, renewals —
  and they'll land on your Google Calendar automatically.
</Tip>

## Disconnecting

Click **Disconnect** on the Google Calendar card at any time. Syncing stops;
tasks already in ClientPlug stay put.
