# Troubleshooting

> Fixes for the most common issues with syncing, connections, and access.

## Campaign data isn't showing or looks stale

  <Step title="Click Refresh">
    Campaign metrics update when you click **Refresh** on the dashboard — they
    don't update continuously. Refresh to pull the latest spend and results.

  <Step title="Check the date range">
    The dashboard's date range (1 / 7 / 30 / 90 days) controls which metrics
    show. A campaign with no activity in the selected window will show zeros.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm campaigns are assigned">
    Expand the client row and make sure the right campaigns are assigned in the
    Meta/Google columns. See [Campaigns](/essentials/campaigns).

  <Step title="Verify the integration is connected">
    Open **Integrations** and confirm Meta and/or Google show as connected.

## My Meta connection stopped working

Meta connections last about **60 days**. When one expires, reconnect from
**Integrations → Meta Ads** by signing in with Facebook again. Your assigned
campaigns are preserved — reconnecting just restores access to refresh them. See

## Stripe payments aren't syncing

    Make sure you pasted your **Secret key** (starts with `sk_live_` or
    `sk_test_`), not a publishable key. Re-paste it in **Integrations → Stripe**
    and click **Update Key**.

    Payment status only auto-syncs for clients linked to a Stripe subscription.
    Edit the client and pick their subscription from the dropdown. See

    Click **Refresh** on the dashboard to re-sync Stripe.

## I can't add another client

You've likely hit your plan's client limit (1 on Free, 5 on Starter). Upgrade
from **Settings → Billing**. See [Plans & pricing](/plans-and-pricing).

## I can't find Settings, Analytics, or Integrations

If you're an **employee** on an Agency team, those pages are restricted by
design — employees see only their assigned clients and their personal tasks. Ask
your account owner or an admin if you need broader access. See
[Employee access](/team/employee-access).

## A teammate didn't get their invite

From the **Employees** page, click **Resend** on their pending invite. Ask them
to check spam, and confirm the email address is correct. See
[Inviting members](/team/inviting-members).

## I didn't receive a confirmation or reset email

Check your spam folder. Confirmation and password-reset emails can take a few
minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, try the **Forgot password** flow again from
the [sign-in page](https://app.clientplug.io).
